Senopati4D Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Policy

Account Eligibility Requirements

To register and use Senopati4D's services, you must fully satisfy the following eligibility requirements. Senopati4D reserves the right to request proof of any eligibility requirement at any time, and failure to comply may result in account closure.

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Underage users are strictly prohibited from using the Senopati4D platform.
• Location: You register and play at your own initiative and personal responsibility, ensuring that such activity is permitted in your jurisdiction.
• One Account: Each individual may only hold and use one account on Senopati4D. Registering a second or additional account is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Information: All information you provide at registration and thereafter must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and use our services.

Registration & Account Verification

The registration process at Senopati4D is designed to ensure platform security and integrity. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to allow us to carry out identity verification procedures when required.

Senopati4D reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly prior to withdrawals exceeding certain limits or when suspicious account activity is detected. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your national identity card (MyKAD), bank statement, or other supporting documents.

• Your account password is solely your responsibility. Senopati4D will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of RM 10.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the email address and phone number registered to your account remain active and reachable at all times.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Senopati4D supports a range of secure and approved Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All financial transactions must be conducted exclusively through approved channels.

Withdrawals will be processed within 15 minutes for standard requests, and within 24 hours for withdrawals requiring additional review. Senopati4D reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending KYC verification for first-time withdrawals or those exceeding certain limits.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Senopati4D offers a range of bonuses and promotions from time to time to deliver greater value to our members. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions stated alongside the relevant offer, as well as the following general terms.

• All bonuses are subject to the wagering (rollover) requirements stated on each respective promotions page. Standard rollover ranges from 5x to 20x, depending on the bonus type.
• Bonuses may only be used on games specified in the relevant promotion's terms and conditions. Bonus usage on excluded games will not be counted.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at any one time, unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Senopati4D reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and account closure.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must first be cleared through the rollover requirements.

Betting & Game Rules

All games on Senopati4D operate on a fair and transparent system. Game results are final and binding, and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error verified by our technical team.

• Sports Betting: All odds displayed are in Malaysia Odds format. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled.
• Live Casino: Decisions made by the live dealer are final. Any disputes must be raised within 24 hours of the match ending.
• Slots: All slots use a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). The RTP for each game can be found in the game information section.
• Poker: Standard poker rules apply. Multi-accounting in tournaments is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
• cricket & Other Sports: Sports betting on cricket (IPL, T20), football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), and other sports is subject to Senopati4D's separate sports betting rules.

Senopati4D reserves the right to void any bets placed on odds published due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, the bet amount will be returned to your account within 24 hours.

User Conduct & Responsibilities

As a Senopati4D user, you agree to act with honesty, responsibility, and respect toward other players and our staff. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action being taken against your account.

• Using automated software (bots), scripts, or any other unauthorised tools to play or exploit the system.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker and Sports Betting.
• Registering or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly or to circumvent imposed restrictions.
• Using funds obtained through illegal means or engaging in money laundering activities via the Senopati4D platform.
• Abusing the customer support system by filing false complaints or submitting misleading requests.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other party.

Account Closure & Suspension

Senopati4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close the account of any user found to be in violation of these terms and conditions, or where there is any other reasonable cause warranting such action. Actions that may be taken include:

• Temporary account suspension pending investigation of suspicious activity.
• Withdrawal processing held pending completion of identity verification (KYC).
• Cancellation of bonuses and winnings obtained through methods that violate these terms.
• Permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds in cases of proven fraud.

If your account is closed for legitimate reasons and your balance is clean (non-bonus), Senopati4D will refund your funds within 5–7 business days after the investigation is completed.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Senopati4D values your privacy. We collect and process your personal data solely for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By using the Senopati4D platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Your personal data is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

Liability Limits

Senopati4D and its parent company, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses arising from your own betting activity.
• Service disruptions due to platform maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account, where such access is not due to Senopati4D's negligence.
• Game results affected by poor internet connectivity on the user's end.

Responsible Gaming

Senopati4D is fully committed to the principles of responsible gambling. We believe that betting should be a form of entertainment, not a burden. If you feel your gambling activity has gone beyond your control, we provide the following tools to help you.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to keep your spending in check.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss limit for a given time period.
• Cool-Off Period: Request a temporary break from the platform for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: The option to self-exclude from the platform either permanently or for a set period.

Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Senopati4D reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any material changes via their registered email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Senopati4D platform after any changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to Senopati4D's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process before being referred to an appropriate arbitration body.
